
A family favorite for over 25 years, these muffins are perfect for snack, bread baskets and breakfast.
Serving Size: 24 large/60 minis
Ingredients:
3 coups of shredded apples
3 1/2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 coup oil
Directions:
- Combine all dry ingredients
- Add apples then oil
- Scoop dough into oil sprayed and lightly floured muffin tins
- Bake 350 for 15 minutes small/30 minutes large
