Serving Size: 24 large/60 minis

Ingredients:

3 coups of shredded apples

3 1/2 cups flour

2 cups sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 coup oil

Directions:
  1. Combine all dry ingredients
  2. Add apples then oil
  3. Scoop dough into oil sprayed and lightly floured muffin tins
  4. Bake 350 for 15 minutes small/30 minutes large
